Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian local bank account registered in the same user's name. All processed transactions are final. Users may not cancel a transaction that is in progress or has been completed, unless there is evidence of a technical error acknowledged by bc88. Any transaction dispute must be reported within 14 days of the transaction date.
